Blurb-
How far would you go to destroy yourself?
Krishani always knew he would have to go to the Lands of Men, but he never thought it would be like this. Enemies everywhere, an ancestor he can't respect, elders he can't trust, a curse he can't stop and friends he can't help but hate. Desperate to end the pain, he sets out on a quest to find the other Flames and face the enemy that took everything from him.
Justice is the second book in The Ferryman & The Flame series by Rhiannon Paille. The book picks up shortly after Surrender and follows Krishani after his heartbreaking conclusion in the first book.
While this book has a completely different feel when compared to Surrender, I very much enjoyed getting into Krishani's head. He was my favorite character in the first book and I was desperate to know more about him. I'm very impressed with how well Paille expressed his heartbreak over his loss of (***no spoiler for you lol***) in the last book. I found myself crying multiple times during this novel and, for me and my masochistic ways, that is a very good thing.
I definitely recommend this to fantasy and/or romance buffs who are in need of a good, heavy sob-fest along with some awesome action and adventure. Can't wait to read Vulture!
