First off I am just going to make a point to say I am in cover love with this novel. It is sexy but not trashy and I really enjoy the way it looks, and it just screams at you to read me! Read me!
Now, onto what is behind the cover. Damaged is part of the prequel series Outlaws, prefacing her novel Nowhere to Run (which I will definitely be reading now). Now, I read it not knowing it was a prequel novel and was not in the least bit confused and for that I am grateful--I am sorry but some prequel novels just don't measure up.
I really enjoyed Stephanie as a character and I am very glad there is a-whole-nother series about her for me to dig into, and Dominic unf. Yummy...but I digress. Setting aside just how shmexy they both are I really enjoyed the complexity of each of their stories. I highly recommend this read and I am sure I will recommend the novels following! D'Angelo is captivating.

Nina D’Angelo is the best-selling author of the Stephanie Carovella series. Her first novel, Nowhere to Run was released in February 2013 and reached #86 on the Amazon Top 100. Her second novel, Nowhere to Hide was released in August 2013.

Damaged is the prequel to the Stephanie Carovella series and the first in the Outlaws series. Nina has already started working on Deadly Secrets, the third in the Stephanie Carovella series and Shattered, the second in the Outlaws series. Both are slated for a 2014 release.
