Possess My Heart
The Possess Saga Book # 3
By J.A. Howell

"You can't leave me because I'll only ever love you."

What was supposed to be a final goodbye turned into one last piece of unfinished business for Brody Walsh.

As long as Aggie Walker's heart still belongs to him, he's destined to remain in limbo, watching over her.
But when her family decides to send her to Scotland for the summer and she meets Camden MacTavish, it seems despite their constant head-butting that there may be something more between them.

That is, if she is willing to let Camden in.

As Aggie finds herself torn between her lover lost and her lover anew, it becomes clear that she cannot hold on to both. If she decides to let Camden into her heart, she will have to let Brody go. And if she can't let Brody go, she risks losing Camden-and a second chance at love.
Forever.

GHBT- Possess Saga by J.A. Howell Reviews Blast- 'The Untimely Death of Brody Walsh' -Mel's Review

The Untimely Death of Brody Walsh

Brody Walsh’s life is left in disarray when his girlfriend is found brutally raped and murdered. But it completely shatters when his best friend, Nolan is arrested for the crime.

That leaves the question: Who is?

And as Aggie, his long time confidant and childhood crush, stands by his side through all of this, he finds his own past resurfacing when his feelings for her reignite. GHBT- The Possess Saga by J.A. Howell Reviews Blast- 'Possess' - Mel's Review

Possess
The Possess Saga # 1
By-J.A. Howell
Genre: Dark Paranormal Romance/Urban Fantasy

Stumbling off the bus in Midtown, Harley Martin thought she found an escape from her old life.

She soon realizes it was anything but that.

Low on cash and options, she manages to find herself a cheap but surprisingly nice apartment. The catch? The last tenant, Brody Walsh, killed himself.

Or did he?

As disturbing dreams and hauntings start to occur, Harley realizes there may be much more behind the previous tenant’s death than a simple suicide. She finds her life further entangled with his when she learns that her new boss, Nolan, was also his best friend. Could this handsome but evasive pub owner have something to do with Brody’s death?

Trying to piece together the events surrounding Brody’s death proves to be a daunting task, but Harley can’t give up. Brody won’t let her. He is still in the apartment with her, trapped in limbo until she finds his killer.

But he’s not waiting for revenge.

Harley’s next.

GHBT: Review- Through the Oracle's Mist by Aedan Byrnes

Book Info-
Title- Through The Oracle’s Mist
Series- Vengelys Series #1
By- Aedan Byrnes
Genre- Historical Paranormal Romance
Published By- Drake Valley Press USA

Blurb-
In the blackest night, with the moon and stars to guide him, she would always be there waiting…
Cyrenna thought she died the day she watched Tynan and his brothers jump through the banishment portal in an act of solidarity with Rigor. Little did she know, it would be the first of many deaths she would experience in her quest to claim his heart. She would surrender not only her immortal soul, but a mortal one repeatedly. Through a deal with the great Oracle, she has multiple mortal lifetimes to change the direction of her future and have a chance with Tynan.
Her journey spans the ages from the GenPei War in Japan and the Silk Road west, to Cromwell, the Three Kingdoms and modern times, bringing her one step closer to forever until she makes a misstep. Then, the burden falls to Tynan. The only thing that is absolute is her fervent hope that he will come, but there’s one big problem.
Through it all, he doesn’t so much as know her name.

Through the Oracle's Mist by Aedan Byrnes is the first in what I hope will be a continuously beautifully long Vengelys Series. The story is about the Vengelys brothers, but this installment focuses mainly on Tynan and Cyrenna, and the love story that really, really needs to have a happy ending. I apologize but I won't be giving you any detailed reasons why because this book is so intricate I am worried I will accidentally give something away, but I will say I really don't remember the last time I've cried so hard while reading a book.

Byrnes's writing can only be described as hypnotic. I was at work when I first started reading Through the Oracle's Mist and intended to only read maybe ten pages and I ended up plowing through the first 65 before I had to actually do my job (pesky customers...). I rushed home and read the rest of the book before I went to sleep and my mind is still sitting in the book--it doesn't want to leave and frankly neither do I. I am kind of desperate for the second installment, or rather ANYTHING Byrnes happens to write.

I am in love with this story. The history is brilliant, the story is vibrant, the characters are beautifully handled. I have a new favorite author and I cannot wait for the second installment in this wonderful series! I want to be a kiss@$$ right now and say thank you to Byrnes for sharing this art and Drake Valley Press USA for helping him do so.

Now stop reading this and go get yourself a copy!

My Rating:
And because we adore you guys, here's a giveaway!

About the Author
There is no simple description for Aedan Byrnes. Obsessive, dreamer, reclusive, compulsive, outdoorsman and wordsmith would be among the list if one were started. The displaced Gael lives in the upper Midwest with family between jaunts wherever the road takes him. A frequent traveler, he is as likely to be found rock climbing or spelunking as sitting fireside dreaming or aimlessly floating away.

A lifelong lover of words and writing, he claims a diverse reading appetite and his writing reflects the myriad influences. A self-proclaimed 'reader's writer', he looks for the emotional and the sensory in word combinations, not just the visceral comprehension of phrases in the stories he crafts and his love of all things literary shines through.
